**Sign ups for Summer Camp are every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 -7:00 Pm until June! 

 June Specials!!!!!!!

 *Jumps and Flexability:   This class focuses on increasing flexibility for the purpose of extending body positions while flying as well as allowing jump height to increase. This is accomplished with new stretching techniques and strength and conditioning drills.  Cost is $25.  

**Class Days: Mondays,  June, 4th, June 11th  and June  18th : from 6:00-6:45 Pm

*Cheer 101:  Cheer 101 is designed for our athletes new to Cheerleading.  We will teach you everything from the basic motions, jumps, how to base, fly and Tumble.  We can get your ready for your School or Rec team in the fall.  No experienced is required, but you will soon have plenty when your done with our class.  Cost is $50

**Class Days: Mondays, Beginning June 4th, June 11th, June 18th and June 25th from 6:45 - 8:00 PM.

**Summer Pre-Season Training Classes:  Pre-Season Practices will keep our cheer athletes working on Transitional stunting, Jumps and Conditioning throughout the summer months.  You dont have to be on a team at Elite to attend pre-season training classes.  This class includes free unlimited tumbling for the month of July!

Class Times:

*For athletes on a Minimal Travel and Rec Teams: Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM

* For athletes on a All Star Teams:
Level 2 : 6:00 -7:30 PM

*For all athletes on an All Stars Level 3, 4 an 5, High School and College Level: 7:00 – 8:30 PM
